REFUND POLICY

At Maria’s Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us.

• Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.

• Refunds are only applicable in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• The issue must be reported within 3 days, along with clear pictures or video proof.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Items purchased on sale or discount are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be processed after the item is returned and inspected.

Once approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, as per company policy.
