EXCHANGE POLICY

At Maria’s Collection, we offer exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.

• Exchanges are applicable only in case of size issues, defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.

• Customers must contact us within 3 days with their order number and clear images.

• Exchange delivery charges will be borne by the customer, unless the mistake is from our side.

Once the returned item is received and approved, the exchange will be processed accordingly.
